Dare to Flare
Went to see Fast7 with babe last night and I can honestly say that movie was amazing! Anyways, as you guys can see flared jeans are making a come back. So to keep it casual, I decided to wear these flared jeans my mom bought me like years ago, and for a vintage look I threw on this denim bleached shirt that my teammate back on campus made for me. Then I accessorized it with this mustard cross-body purse, flowered belt, and my favorite hat! When I was done, He looked at me and said, "baby you were made for this. You never seem to fail!"

Tulle & Pearls

Who says Christians can't be stylish! Well here I am as a proof that you can be a Christian and still keep up with new trends. You know I always keep chic for my Savior. You don't only have to look nice for hanging out with friends, or meetings. You can also look fabulous for church. Today I wanted to look simple and chic. So, I put together a gorgeous tulle skirt with a full body swimsuit and to complete it, I threw on this beautiful Leopard print top. Then you know the accessories come later. What else says chic than pearls and nude pumps! Well you get the picture... Just remember sometimes less is more in certain outfits. Don't overdressed! Keep classy, comfortable, chic, yet simple and be yourself!

It was also amazing to see some of my high school mates. However, to go there, I decided to keep casual and comfortable with some flowered skorts my mom got me from Macys, a mustard-yellow shirt and on top of the shirt is my mom's jacket of which I cut off the arms lol(shhhh don't tell her)!(And that's my baby brother, isn't he the cutest!)

Was invited to a meeting by my bestie yesterday. I decided to keep it comfortable, simple and chic. And for my best friend, I wanted her to be and stay herself. So I got her to wear something more graphic but still comfortable, sexy and chic.

Blossom
Last night I asked my fiancee to give me a color to wear for church in the morning and he said blue. However, I was not feeling so blue, so I decided to wear green. My mother bought me this beautiful flowery skirt and I've never worn it and I thought what better season and day to wear it. I fell in love with this vintage skirt the moment my mom brought it home for me. It is nicely pleaded with beautiful pink flowers. She knows my style, I love that woman!
Spring is such a beautiful season. It is the season to blossom. Just remember when wearing your gorgeous flowered clothes this season, to keep those flowers alive. Don't match them with colors that will kill them. Make them shine even in darkness. And always Keep it classy ladies! OH, my fiancee ended up loving this outfit. I apologized to him and told him I will wear blue next Sunday(if I feel like wearing blue lol)...

He is Risen!

Hey Guys Happy Easter! Our Savior rose from the dead to give us life 2000 years ago and He lives today! Today like a every other day is such an amazing and happy day to know that God our Lord sent Jesus Christ to die for our sins and He rose in victory. We are loved guys and we are forgiven!
Before I start with the details about my outfit, I would like to say I am sorry about the wait. I have been caught up with school, I couldn't update the blog but I am back I will try my best to update the blog at least twice a week! However, about my Easter's outfit, my fiancee saw how I loved the movie "God's not dead" so he went and ordered me a shirt with the logo. I have been preserving it for specifically today. In the mean time, I went in my closet and found these beautiful brown pants my designer made for me and I was already half way to complete my outfit. I wanted to go all brown for the remaining pieces so I threw on a pair of brown pumps and finished it with a beautiful brown purse. Did I ever mention that I love Spring in South Florida lol!
Many of us Christians struggle with what to wear, especially in this generation. However, it is not hard at all to dress and still have His light shining on us. Just remember that our body is His temple when picking out your clothes, in the closet or at the mall. You want to represent Him wherever you go. Don't worry about what others have to say, just worry about what He said in His words. You want to separate yourself from this world and be an example to others. Be beautiful (He created us in His image), have fun, and shine!
